There is a shift, albeit not as large as you would like, in my understanding and opinion on what is going on with this FOIA as a result of your efforts.

I apologise if you think my stance is gaslighting as it wasn't meant to be. The conversation we have had on this, despite being on opposite sides of the fence, has been enlightening to me. A major reason I come here as regularly as I do.

Unlike a few here, I don't expect to be right all the time so when I am wrong as I have been before, I see it as a great learning opportunity rather than something to be ashamed of or whatever.

I don't doubt that we are soon going to get another post telling us how this has been postponed again and the FBI and CIA have been given a further date by an angry judge. After all. We have been enjoying this merry dance Hundeyin has been leading us on this matter over the past couple of years.

I of course also look forward to the release of these files like you do although I am sure this non-existent case would not be the catalyst.

The original post said the hearing will be on June 1st, I will be churlish and say even if they are all watching the World Cup in The US and that has delayed proceedings somewhat, we should have heard something by now.

As I said, this is an Hundeyin nonsense that is non existent and we all, neutrals, Obidients and others, need to shut him down now.

Brother, we are not proletarians, why should we begin to think and act in the terms demanded above. This case exists. I provided proof and stand ready to further substantiate the foundational facts, but I'm extremely busy at the moment. Be rest assured this case is being fought by someone who is interested in suffocating it.

While I am personally not sure what Mr Hundeyin is about, and I do not agree with his style of "journalism", but facts are facts and they are stubborn. If anyone claim that Tinubu has not brought himself into disrepute, then they are mistaken. The only argument I see is about the extent and the details.

Tinubu is currently the head of a government that has a parasitically lopsided relationship with the United States. Any damage to this relationship poses a serious risk to US global interests, especially in Africa, and to US security interests, particularly the US's ability to contain the rapid expansion of China and its extractive interests on the continent.

You must understand these things. If you were the US, would you rush to destroy Tinubu?. I provided you with information that irrefutably confirms the existence of a process regarding the subject of our conversation. I can actually retrieve all the necessary records, as I said, if necessary and my professional schedules permitting.

While I'm not sure why delays are occurring, I have been informed as to what that might portend. Diplomatic channels have been working on this thing, and will continue to do so. But this is the US justice system, things will eventually unravel. When?, I don't know. But stand by.

Your proof wasn't of a standard to suggests the case exists. What you provided was a portal of someone manually entering the fact that they went to court on certain days without any court documents.

Nothing about defense or prosecuting attorneys, nothing about start and end times, court address details, 3rd party presence, nothing.

A lot of other stuff you added in your response are quite frankly nothing to do with anything so I am unable to respond.

Bottom line is there is no proof this case and hearings exist in portals used by parties to the case. The June 1st deadline has passed, still nothing.

We do still live in hope that Hundeyin will out himself on this at some point. Too many smart folk (like you) are bring drafged into his vortex.

By the way, the guy that wrote that he had seen the documents from the original post of the thread, the Nigerian son of someone or the other based in Sweden, I did a Google search on him. He is real but his interest in this case, particularly the post, is fabricated. There was an FOIA filed by the Oyinbo guy on behalf of Hundeyin who can't do so as he is not a US citizen.

There has been no court cases where Judge Beryl Howell is telling FBI or CIA to release anything on President Tinubu.

Hundeyin is looking to cash out from Obidients by asking them to donate money to fight the non existent court case.
