Thats the difference between the then PDP leadership and current APC. They employed competent people to handle certain sectors of the economy and those people delivered thats why things were a bit better in naija then. Now its all politics, no technocrats or competence.

There are Nigerians doing well in every area of life abroad. They come from all backgrounds.

I am fortunate to know many of them here in the US, and I can confidently tell you that their distribution is not as skewed towards a tribe as you try to make it seem. I have had a non-Nigerian in-law of mine, who graduated from Harvard, tell me that most of the Nigerians he met there were Yoruba.

Trust me, there are many Nigerians doing great things abroad, regardless of their tribes. One of the most outstanding Nigerians I met during my graduate studies in the US is a Fulani guy from Katsina. He is currently doing great things in Silicon Valley.

But why are you so pained by his opinion, he never dragged any tribe or paint any tribe bad from what he just said, he only talked about his experience and observation of a particular tribe...... and here you are bringing tribalism, dragging other tribes into his statement. You are the one bringing tribalism into his statement or are you trying to say if talked about how good someone from a particular tribe in Ghana is good to people around me, does that make me tribal with my statement??
