When was the last time you drank garri?

For me, it's been long, I won't even lie.
I keep telling myself that I'll drink soon, plus, I need the picture in my food photos collection, because you know, garri is a classic.

Probably last had it in 2004 or thereabouts. Haven't had it since then. (Honestly when one grows older, the things you used to enjoy before become useless later. I now understand why the older people i knew as a child were not excited about snacks and so forth as i was).

PS...Was visiting my parents for some days last year, and my mother said that she really felt like drinking garri (now my mother has been reducing carb intake over the years, and had cut out garri a long time ago).

I went out and bought some drinking garri for her. My mother thanked me, but she said that she won't take it since she still wanted to keep on not taking garri, despite her desires (she gave out the garri later on).

Something wey I dey drink steady.

Not in the last year. I miss it. It's going to be my fav. snack once i visit naija later this year.

I took my garium sulphate with kuli sticks and milk few hours ago. Very refreshing

How do you guys manage to drink garri with cold water and sugar? Let alone some weird things some people have said they put inside - one say cornflakes.

For me, if it's not garri and salt, I can't eat it.
But those reall bright yellow crunchy ish type with groundnut and salt 👌🏾

Cant be drinking garri in the cold

I can't remember the last time I ate garri.

Yesterday, around 2 a.m with milk and meat wey I steal. Madam still catch me for morning as the pepper from meat stain chair and I didn't know 😂😆
