Even if you reported an employer violating labour laws, more often the authorities will request a bribe.

So from your analysis, you are saying that the root cause of the problem is the failure on the part of the government, to ensure that laws are implemented? If that is the case; how many of those responsible have lost their offices due to their failure to safe guard the interest of the people of SA?
