I second him, those other two you mentioned have nose drive away from their original call, Swore only fight those who don't pay him, but Osho Baba was bought outrightly... He disappointed Nigerians....

But VDM, based on his visible records, I think he's still the only person close to being "less" monetary orientated towards their course so far... For now, he's the face of revolution, tho radar is on him, sensible Nigerians are watching even if they keep mute for now....

Don't mind them. Social media visibility, whether it is for being an 'influencer' or so-called good Governance advocate, is one of the quickest ways for jobless and cynically exploitative people to get rich at the expensive of the gullible and naive.

Did we not see how David Hundeyin was exposed as a glorified "omo Elebi" cashing out from Atiku etal after all his good governance activism and noise? Shebi DJ Switch , of #EndSAR fame sef don collect USA asylum Japa claiming Nigerian government was after her life. We hear from am again? Rinu Oduala nko? Na today.

The worst place to be naive in is Nigeria because scammers dey ground well well lol 😂

I don't get.

See these analyses.

A doctor provides service to society, saving lives and all that.... doc gets paid in the process, good thing or bad thing?

A policeman puts his life out here for you and I. He shields our lives with his, gets shot on our behalf...but gets paid in the process, good thing or bad thing?

If VDM gets paid by Meta and all that while fighting for the general good of the people, is there anything bad in this? Man has his accounts monetized. We see all he does with his money, we see all the selfless services. What then is wrong in being paid?

Before, you all attacked him for "not leaving his camera. For hiding behind his camera." (Even though it was a lie as he has been out a thousand and one times, visiting crime sites and all).

Now, brotherman returns from China, without resting, hits the streets, acts his talks, and the new attack is that he's getting paid and those protesting with him aren't?

You all are prisoners that will continue to attack your liberators!

Wetin una want sef?

See VDM leaving his comfort zone, fighting for kidnapped children and teachers, una dey una comfort zones dey attack am? Is he the only protester?

Damn.

Now I remember the Israelites when they were being freed from Pharaoh's grasps.

Poor Nigerians

You and the OP's brave hero said him and the ratels will go into the bush and rescue the children and chase the bandits out of the forests.
Please when is the Bravado commander going to actually do this? So far, he is protesting against Bandits and Kidnappers and making noise. He is yet to actually make action. When he does, abeg tag me. And also, please be one of the ragtags that join the bush with Awka-made to chase out bandits. grin

Oh boy.

Well, he said that if given clearance, he would volunteer to go into the bush WITH security personnel to play whatever supportive role there is to play.

Let us know when such a clearance/approval is given.

Continue to hide behind your phone castigating those that make efforts to make Nigeria better.

Good luck.

I like his courage and boldness.
Surprisingly, he agrees Tinubu must go but remains apolitical. Very suspicious.🍷

I was loyal to Atiku for over 10 years till Obi captured my attention. There is something off about this dude. Still watching him.👍🏽

Was he given clearance to protest?
Was he given clearance to blackmail people's personalities like he did?
Then he needs no clearance. Let him go with the ratels and kill the bandits in the bush. Hunters are in the bush too without clearance.

I see where this is coming from.

You're throwing tantrums here and there.

VDM is not a hunter.

We shall revisit this matter when such a clearance is given.

For now, VDM, as an ordinary Nigerian citizen, has done his bit. Hopefully, we all do our parts in the Nigerian project.

Poor Nigerians
I think you are missing the point.
The question is what is his end goal? Any regular Nigerian sees all the major problems the country is besieged with. Shouting loudest doesn't mean others are deaf or blind to the problem.

While I have no personal issue with him and his platform as a means of using the voice and media presence he gets to advocate and point out what an average Nigerian can simply tell you in a sitting, he's lack of direction begs a deeper calling as to what his end goal is.

Just as some have pointed out, there have been others before him who even stood on a more firmer ground with less resources than he is presently privileged with and to.

The real question is what is his own solution to the mountain of problems Nigerians and Nigeria as a country is facing.

If he wants to shoulder the responsibility of youth empowerment and reducing youth unemployment, he should pick up that ember and fan it till it blows hot enough that proper attention will be paid to him, his agitation and plight.
Oshiomole stand was with the Nigerian Labour Union(Congress), he advocated for a lot and his contribution even while later diminished set a lot of things in motion.

The real deal is, if Mr Otse really wants to be part of the Nigerian solution, he should pick a stand and put all his forces and effort behind that vehicle.
Not today Blord, Tomorrow Igbo Businessmen, next tomorrow Sowore., last week Seyi Tinubu. Pick one and focus on that, you can't solve every problem all at once.

That's just how I understand the language to be.

People waste so much precious time talking about issues, analysing the issues, complaining about the issues and not even endearing to take a single step towards creating an avenue for solution. And so far as serious minded people can see, he has not yet identified with a particular aspect of the Nigeria problem so it is difficult to say which is which with him. And unsurprisingly he is starting to look like just another all eyes for show face kind of program guy running wild on the internet with kids mentality type of people following him up and down like some sort Sunday masquerade.

What I appreciate about him so far is thee pressure and awareness. Yes hopefully we can all do our parts positively.
