I am also tracking tickets and if you are just looking for the WC experience you should be looking smaller teams. Ghana v Panama, Czech v SA, Switzerland v Bosnia etc are all under $500.

Qatar was approved under Sepp Blatter na, years before Infatino became Fifa president.
