As the June 20, 2026 Ekiti State governorship election approaches, supporters of incumbent Governor Biodun Abayomi Oyebanji (BAO) have been distributing campaign bags containing four packs of Indomie and two sachets of tomato paste.

The white plastic bags prominently feature APC branding, “Vote BAO” stickers, and the slogan “Till 2030.”

This is the greed that has messed up this country from citizens and supporters all the way up the food chain.

Those packs of whatever are the mandatory things the governor has done. Anything else he does between now and the end of his tenure is entirely of his own good will.

No one can hold him to account on anything. He has settled everybody and should not be troubled to do any more.

APC has been steadily faking popularity since 2024 in preparation of the real figure abracadabra of 2027.
They have been buying people off too. Silently injecting and reinforcing things that can justify bogus figures. Thats why there is almost no attempt to inspire real economic turn around.

They are just sending money to work for them. It is a case of ignoring the real voters and satisfying/buying off the middle tier guys available for a price.
