Personally if you have the chance to choose, and if you are not a medical doctor, you should go for immigration, better growth/future than a teaching hospital, and even salary wise, immigration might be higher....my thought

yes you will wear white for the physical screening but note that some things might change from the previous exercise. The exercise i attended they asked candidates to line up you will be called one by one depending on the manpower they have for the screening, when you are been called they will assess your documents according to the cadre you applied for if they notice discrepancies you go chop questions tire , after you have been cleared for documentation you will go to the next team they are in charge of physical assessment during my time they just measured my chest and Height and they note it down after that you will be asked to fill your details in book that's all. But the methods they will use now maybe be different my screening just took me 15 minutes I wasn't asked any questions . Just make you appear neat barb your hair low cut if you a lady you can just plait all back that will do and arrange all your necessary credentials in order including listed mandatory documents you are asked to bring. Wish you all the best.

As for NIA, I was told by multiple sources that recruiting will happen and they're under staffed for now. It'll be sometime after Big Sallah so just be ready by June, July, August or September is all i can say.
