Natural position means your hand by your side, not outstretched far from your body. His left hand (which the ball hit) was clearly stretched away from his side.

That's a clear penalty.

Thats is why consistency matters in football, A ref will say intentional handball only, another will say unintentinal also count

That what we have been saying, there should be a clear handball law that every fan can understand.

Right now, one handball is called a foul because it’s “intentional,” and another foul is not because it’s unintentional.
One player’s hand is in a “natural position,” another's hand is not. How are we supposed to judge these without controversy?

99% of handballs called “intentional” today, are clearly unintentional. No sane person will commit foul intentionally in his own box. When you see a truly intentional handball, you’ll know, like Suarez against Ghana.

In the screenshot Raumdeuter quoted, their explanation was that the ball came off the player’s teammate before hitting his hand, so it wasn’t considered a foul. Then they now qioted an article saying that if the ball is played onto your hand by your teammate, it won’t be counted as foul.
So, It all starts to sound confusing.

Nothing concern anybody with intentional or unintentional handball.

If you stretch your hand carelessly away from ur body and it obstructs a ball that was clearly heading towards the goal post or another player being passed to ; it will be rightly judged as handball. If it happened in the box , you will be punished by a PK being awarded against you . It is what it is .

Those who play professional football won’t tell you they don’t know what the rule is . It’s straight and simple .

If a ref makes human error by making the wrong call , you can always call them out .

You see the South African penalty today , it is a clear penalty . Anybody that says otherwise clearly doesn’t understand the rule of the game well enough . Simple.
