Throw in the towel, possibly cancel the idea of running for a second term and allow APC get a replacement. Summon Akpabio to call an emergency NASS sitting to revisit the electoral act and make some more amendments to make electronic transmission of polling unit results compulsory and the use of irev portal results for comparison of manually collated result before final announcement of winner. Also make the irev portal uploaded e-document of form EC8As tenable in court as proof should there be a need for election tribunal.


One more amendment; Presidential and Governorship election tribunal case must be completed before the declared winner can be sworn into office, therefore there should be a limited timeline for election tribunal, maximum six weeks to complete the entire case.



Anybody caught in person or captured on video snatching ballot box or fighting or harassing voters or INEC officials should be jailed a minimum of 10 years without parole even if the evidence of such act emerges months after the election is over. Undoctored videos of such act should be tenable in court as evidence.


Any security personnel caught in person or on video recording being involved in election malpractice should be sacked without delay and then jailed a minimum of 10 years without parole.


Set up a special emergency court for electoral offenders in every LGA and let the jurists be a panel drawn from Judges from each of the 6 geopolitical zones in Nigeria. A six-man panel of Judges for each LGA or Senatorial zone at most.

Do these things and watch Nigeria enter a new era of bliss and communal prosperity in few years to come

Most people reacting to this have not fact-checked anything. They did not click the link. They did not verify the source. They simply saw anti-Tinubu material and rushed to celebrate.

That is the problem.

This is not credible news. It is YouTube propaganda dressed up as reporting — the kind of content increasingly manufactured because Peter Obi is facing serious political and intellectual pushback.

But even assuming, for argument’s sake, that such an incident happened, the principle must be clear: political violence is wrong. Full stop.

Those celebrating attacks on one candidate should not cry tomorrow if their own candidate is harassed elsewhere.

I have campaigned for over twenty years that Nigeria must free itself from oil dependence as it was in the first republic and if eight years of Buhari is the only possible stepping stone to that then it was the right thing to do since Nigeria today will not close if there is no oil money. Oil from 90 percent of revenue is now 25 percent and dropping. However I was not among those that supported Buhari but they obviously did the right thing from the results The Yoruba would have been really foolish to vote en masse for Jonathan the second time considering that he didn't give the Yoruba even five percent of his appointments despite their huge population

It is more important than solving corruption because the source of money itself is the cause of the corruption. I watched a video where river's residents where shouting holy ghost fire at the sight of a moving tinibu's campaign vehicle i was just wondering if it has now gotten to this stage.

Apart from the legacy insecurity and high cost of living which is global,Tinubu has performed creditably well more than all previous govts but he should sit up and fix the worsening security situation.

On the other hand,these are people and reasons why Tinubu will win again...


1.Pensioners' health subsidy and free maternal services.....Most pensioners and their families will vote for Tinubu including the women who wouldn't want the free maternal services to stop.

2.Dialysis health subsidy....Most dialysis patients families will vote for Tinubu.

3.Nelfund beneficiaries up to 1,388,592 students as of April,2026........Both the existing beneficiaries and the ones about to come into the universities and their families will vote for Tinubu.

4.Free technical colleges with free feeding and #22,500 monthly free money....The parents of these young students will vote for Tinubu.
There are still many more but these are the major programs Nigerian masses will not want another clueless govt to stop because no other govt in the history of Nigeria has given Nigerians these laudable gifts.

Now for the 'failures'...

Insecurity....This is a legacy problem initiated by Northerners and still been facilitated by them.
No President can stop it unless the people especially the Northerners support and agree to sheath their swords.
It is decades long problem that continues to grow and grow even if it subsides a little,it grows again because it is supported by some Northerners in the govts of Obasanjo,Yaradua,Jonathan,Buhari and now Tinubu.
It has religious,ethnical,political and parochial roots.
Unfortunately,some foreign terrorists have joined the fray.
It doesn't have just a military solution but a live and let live solutions that include negotiations et al.
Gun violence in America takes thousands of life every year but no American President has been able to stop it because it is perpetrated by Americans.
Out of 2 evils,,sometimes you take the lesser one in order for life to continue..

Israel couldn't defeat Hamas,Hezbolah,Houthies even by killing100 thousands of their people.
Israel will just continue to fight for eternity because those people's children will continue to fight Israel.

Don't expect anything good from Tinubu. He has live all his life believing 'what he wants is wat matters not how you feel or wat u need.'
