To be honest,it's national assembly not INEC! The national assembly members make laws! If they truly want INEC which is an electoral institution to be truly independent and function effectively,they know the kind of laws to create! All the national assembly needs to do is to remove the power of the president to appoint the national chairman and officials of INEC! |

This fraud can be checkmated if opposition is actually ready. All you need is active polling agents who will ensure that no voter is accredited if they fail biometric accreditation. |
