Europe and Japan/South Korea are the only ones bound to those useless sanction.

Countries like China, India, Turkey, Indonesia, Malaysia buy oil whenever they want and however they want.

Oga. All Russia's foreign trade is being conducted in Rubles and other currencies that are NOT the Dollars & Euros.

Russia no longer does business with the West, so all trades are conducted in Rubles, Yuan, Rupees etc.
