How else can APC win any election if not by massive election fraud? If opposition parties are united, that's the only way APC election fraud can be stopped.
But opposition parties watch as PBAT appointed the umpire for the election he and his APC are contesting.
This type of appointment of umpire can only happen in a Banana Republic.
