We are recruiting to fill the following positions below:

1.) Content Creator

Location: Surulere, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Industry: FMCG

Job Requirements and Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Media Studies, Public Relations, English, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in content creation, digital marketing, social media management, or a related role.
Excellent writing, editing, proofreading, and storytelling skills.
Proficiency in content creation tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar applications.
Strong understanding of social media platforms, content trends, and audience engagement strategies.
Experience in photography, videography, and video editing is an added advantage.
Knowledge of SEO principles and content optimization techniques.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret content performance metrics.
Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

I am not trying to discourage anyone, simply stating the fact about a place I once worked at.

Multipro is run like a cabal. That means the product line you get assigned to is usually based on favouritism. If you get leg, you get a great combination that moves in the market (hypo, minimize pasta, and so on). If you no get leg, dem wipe you minimie noodles or Dano to sale, your mind go dey.

And the deal your line manager may approve for you to offer a distributor may be a weapon formed against you, while another distributor you don't manage can get a better deal from another product line or even the same line as yours. But the same Multipro will compare your results with the results of the person they gave the better deal. That is why you need to belong before you grow in Multipro.

If you hear anyone praising Multipro, then it is a cabal beneficiary talking. If they give that person a hard brand to sell, or transfer the person to a desert, story go change.

If anyone wants to apply, then go for the warehouse role. But anything sales, you go see shege. And that City Head role is the worst. You will do all the major weight lifting while your ASM takes the glory. And you will hardly get to ASM unless you leave Multipro and go elsewhere.

Take it from someone who knows. I have met people who were stuck in City Head role for eight good years, under 3rd party employment (Synergy) without being moved to MCPL or Dufil. You cross that bridge by leaving. Simple. That is what I did, and today I am way better for it.
