Iran had vowed that they will attack Israel if they continued operations in Lebanon

They made an attempt some weeks ago and Israel punished them for it - taking out the IRGC head.

Is that why they are cowardly resorting to shutting the Strait of Hormuz this time around?

My brother, the matter tire me how Trump just chickens out of all his threats on Iran.

Even before going to China, he was behaving the same way. He had the golden opportunity to get Iran to surrender with the very first threat of bombing Iran civilization back to stone age. Then he chickened out at the last minute with the stupid 2-week ceasefire proposed/brokered by Pakistan.

Since then, the Iranians stopped taking him serious.

E come be like say Iran dey use juju for Trump.

Unlike many other world leaders, virtually every major decision made by POTUS is scrutinized by allies, rivals, international organizations, financial markets, and billions of people around the world because of America's economic, military, and political influence.

His every move, and decisions has potential global consequences, from oil prices and stock markets to diplomacy and security. That guy dey face serious pressure, due to the global influence of his country.
At this stage as far as the middle east is concerned, Israel will be to US, the opposite of what Hezbollah is to Iran.

Trump messed up all the gains they had during the war just like he did with Afghanistan.

Let your useless government conquer terrorism here first, look at how you are wasting your energy on what doesn't concern you.

I have observed that many of President Trump’s decisions appear heavily influenced by lobbyists. Whoever lobbies most effectively seems to get their agenda carried out.
For example, the push for intervention in Venezuela was reportedly driven by oil companies seeking control of its oil fields. Similarly, the bombardment in Nigeria looked more like a demonstration of force possibly the result of lobbying by a group or individual from Nigeria.
The Trump administration seemed to carry out that strike simply to validate the lobbying effort.

As for Iran, the Jewish lobbying groups in the U.S. had long advocated for action against Iran.
It seems that a stronger lobbying force may have emerged one pushing for against attack on Iran or Iran offered Trump something in return possibly access to uranium which shifted the administration’s stance.
Of course, these are only my guesses, but they highly possible lobbying appears to shape U.S. foreign policy decisions.

No bro. Trump does not need to do that. Netanyahu is more than capable of doing that. With a threat to its national existence, Netanyahu will not delay to fire the Israeli nuclear carrying unstoppable Jericho 3 missile at Iran. That will be a replication of Nagasaki and Hiroshima.

Netanyahu will do that without caring about the spill over to the environments of other sorrounding countries.

As long as Netanyahu remains the Prime minister, Iran cannot carry out terrorist acts and find peace.
