Emphatically, this war has not ended. Mark my word. The lessons US gained from this war is more than anything they lost. What Iran has effectively done is say to Trump: "Go do your midterms in peace and apply all the lessons you learnt including a way to solve Hormuz, then come back when you're no longer facing impeachment if you lose election"!
