I suggest there should be a shorter and modular academic pathway created for people like this who have the practical experience so they can become certified.
With this, the number of quacks can be reduced and integrated into the system where there is regulation of activities.

He should be investigated if he is a qualified traditional bone setter or a quack posing as an orthopaedic surgeon. I find it very astonishing that a person can fake being an orthopaedic surgeon of all things. One wromg move and the patient's bone is destroyed for life. God epp us o!

There are gifted hands. Yes we understand the need for certification. But there are those outside the professional confine who understand this procedures in great details from practical engagement. It's like saying a certified engineer vs a road side mechanic. You would be shock how skilled and very well improvised some of them are.

Rather than critic his academic background. How about study it's work background and people who have gone through his hands. How competent practically is he?

Please do not say this. There should NEVER be a shorter means to learn a profession...those who took time to set the time frame are not daft...
If someone tells you he "studied" medicine in 3 years tell me you will lay down on his surgical table...just tell me please.
