The difference between Tinubu and Starmer is CONFIDENCE. If a leader is asked to resign, it's because the leader isn't living up to the expectation of the people - but in this case, the leader who resigned just wasn't confident enough in his ability. Tinubu is confident in what he does as a president. A call for Tinubu's resignation isn't feasible because he believes in his administration and the effort put in so far. Those calling for the resignation of Tinubu are Masters of Resignation who endure the kangaroo jump from party to party. To make this brief: if Tinubu cannot fix Nigeria, Obi can't. ### |

Really? I read your composed article on Tinubu Stockholm Syndrome and it suggest "MALNUTRITION" of his critics. Critics who complain about Tinubu's administration are suffering from MALNUTRITION or are simply indisciplined or impatient. Your article is brilliant - but highlights a need for "magic on stage". That's where the problem is. I'll drop this line: "it's easier said than done". Tinubu came, he saw what he criticized and is yet to conquer. Obi is seeing, talking - and wants to come and conquer. It will be a guiness record if he ever conquers. No Syndrome, no Obi nor Tribal hate here; just intuitive facts. Ofunaofu: |

The difference between Tilumbu and Keir Starmer is love and respect for country and its people Nobody should foist themselves on the country when they fail, it's like refusing to pass the ball to another striker because you want to score the goal by yourself, and you keep failing at it. Your team will lose. |

Even on the football pitch, a good player should follow his "intuition" and not just pass the ball to a nearby player because people are telling him to. Love and respect is not just passing the ball all the time - but passing to the right and most trusted person. Obi cannot do magic with the ball, not to talk of trusting him with it. givedemwotowoto: |

He criticized every president since 1999 and those before 1999. He maintained that they all never knew what they were doing and even asked some to resign. He is only being served in his own pills and it’s bitter for him to swallow. Everything he criticized other presidents for he has committed and even done worse. What do we call such a person? |
| Re: Tinubu Is Not Keir Starmer by kayjordan(op): 6:13pm On Jun 23 |
One should call such person INEXPERIENCED. At that time, Tinubu was either not knowledgeable nor experienced enough to understand the difficulty, presidents passed through. Also, it was most likely a political-marketing tactic, common with every politician to undermine the effort of opponents, knowing fully well, the difficulty of running a government. So, Tinubu is in the same shoes as his predecessors - and he understands where it hurts now. Even those that will succeed him, including his opponents, will be in the same shoes after. It's politics.
