Jarret Tenebe has reacted to a viral photo making the rounds during the Ekiti Guber Poll. The Edo State APC Chairman was reportedly seen with an INEC-inscribed Observer Vest during the 2026 Ekiti Governorship Election.

His reaction in summary:
1 We have a conference of APC State Chairmen and we resolved months ago that during the off-cycle elections, we will support our brothers participating.

2. He affirmed he was in Ekiti during the election.

3. He also stated that the photo was Al-generated and planted in the media by the opposition. He was neither accredited in Ekiti or anywhere

4. He said AI will spoil a lot of things in the world.

5. He said he first saw the photo on Dino Melaye's page.

6. He said Dino is trying to get back at him because he sued him for singing the old National Anthem, which has been outlawed, during one of the Coalition's protests at the INEC HQs.

AI would have messed up that Tinubu van I see behind. If you doubt it, check the last picture here. AI still needs human intervention that's why it is not human. AI said the van is from Zimbabwe but when I correct it, the ML will teach it that it is Tinubu on the campaign vehicle. The reason why it can't get it because it's too far from the center of attraction and can't easily place such an item there unless you teach it.

These people must think we are artificially intelligent. I would advise them not to open a Pandora's box especially with this Gen Z that have so much time on their hands and are more sophisticated than you old men and women when we talk about tech.
