I think they have stopped that. I did almost 2TB last month with a consistent speed of 48 to 49.1 Mbps throughout the month.

Highest I have ever hit is the one I currently have, 700gb and that's because of the world cup

My x25pro CPU temperature keeps crossing about 70° and disconnecting it's network.

I'll have a to do a factory reset to get it working again whenever it happens. It has happened twice in a month now.

I've come to notice that one of the major culprit to my network challenges on the ODU is letting my sub expire completely before renewing.

For instance, I can get amazing network speeds for my current sub, but as soon as I let it expire and renew later, I'll start having challenges especially towards evening.

So what I have been experimenting on is to renew my sub a day b4 expiry, that way there's no downtime and surprisingly this has worked well for me. Combine this with the 3G only trick, I think you will have less connection problems.

Since mtn seems to be confused if they're launching the ODU or not, make we dey enjoy our Airtel small small.

I just checked now and the CPU temperature is ranging between 68 and 69 degrees when there is only one active device connected. That's quite a lot, but at no time has the router disconnected while active like this even during heavy usage.

it’s inside the topmost kitchen cabinet, that’s like the center of the apartment and out of reach of children.
At that position, the WiFi covers the whole 2rooms and parlor.

My X25pro is always on round the clock with about 7 devices always connected. Cos of smart home gadgets like camera, door bell and the solar.

I’ve gone through the settings and setup intelligent restart to automatically restart the router twice in a week, let’s see how it goes.

I was trying to tweak the ODU settings as It is always slow in the evening, so I went through 2.4GHz and 5G WiFi advanced settings (just realised I have been on 2.4hz for a long time ) now I have 2 WiFi name showing - and I did some other tweaks like 5G NSA only , now.the problem is the websites going through before now do not go through anymore , for instance "nairaland" it begins to say site can't be reached ... And connection timed out ... Even clicking on speed test , it will respond with shock error and not show the speed ...

What could be the reasons for all this changes ...I also realised my IP address changed after tweaking all this

I've been streaming the world cup in HD channels and it's not because Airtel is the best network here (average speed is 20 to 25mbps). But I noticed an improvement in streaming speed on my PC when I switched from WIFI connection to Ethernet.

Ran an Ethernet cable from indoor router straight to my PC. And it's been incredible so far

My ODU sim has stopped working on my 4gsmart box. Is anyone experiencing such? It started since yesterday. But it's blazing well in the ODU device. Am I the only one having this issue?
