I read the report. It did not distinguish infants, children, and teenagers.

Infant mortality is regrettable and I believe the Israeli government should do more to avert this.
With children it falls on the Palestinian, you are at war, move your children to designated areas and ensure no teenager or adult is present. Mosques or schools.

As for teenagers, some are combatants so it’s hard to say if they were killed in action of as civilians.

The UN denying the fact that a war is ongoing is shameful to say the least, is Hamas fighting back? Is Hamas doing all it can to protect its women and children?

A better report would present demographics based on age of the children killed.
