twinskenny:choose to keep for ma self though you could still have it. Just add 2o,ooo. One thing I have observed over the years is most clients from Nairaland get as dem be. Obviously why One needs decide on their target client whether na those wey wan pay for comfort OR those wey go wan drown you with stories of their poor self. The moment you try consider dem small, dem go begin think say na dem wise pass. Don't really mind selling off without adding any markUp so long the current owner is willing to let go. the SRNE 48v 5kva was from a client who upgraded to 20kva 3 phase system hence the 5kva had to go along with some panels. Anyway sha, leadAcid batteries also dey just in case you're interested. Just so you know, we use either leadAcid |

bassdow:I talk am say e get used lead acid batteries wey you dey try to sell since 😂😂😂 |
| Re: Solar Energy, A Complement To FTA by bassdow: 1:01pm On Jun 24 |
Ezimuoh:You probably expects I respond to you ba ? unfortunately, we got both types of batteries for sale. This year alone, have sold lots of used batteries both lithium and leadAcid. Justt happens that more and more clients are tossing their leadAcid batteries for lithium batteries. Currently have 3pcs of 12v lithium batteries BUT I chose to keep them for a pet project. As for the leadAcid batteries, we got them from project that was done 2-weeks ago. |

bassdow:To the person who asked why I don't go for anything higher or up to 700w, my reason is because when things go bad, you end up loosing more for example; 2pcs of 350w gives 700w BUT I rather buy 2pcs of 350w than a single 700w solar panel. Reason: if 1 of the 350w solar panels breaks, I still got 350w left BUT should the single 700w solar panel break or develop fault, I lost an entire 700w. Call it poverty mentality I don't care. I do similar with ma computers. I favour 2pcs of 32GB ram than a single 64GB ram. In fact I would gladly prefer 4pcs of 16GB ram than a single 64GB ram even if I got to compromise slightly e.g paying slightly more. I don't play with redundancy |

twinskenny:last week I got a new 8kwh 24v battery from Mr Reed for 1M. Why is a used 7.5kwh priced the same? |
| Re: Solar Energy, A Complement To FTA by bassdow: 10:06am On Jun 26 |
Dabss:Though you got a right to ask such question BUT You probably should ask if they're of same brand or got same feature. To those in the know, Deriy ain't known to be so CHEAP |
| Re: Solar Energy, A Complement To FTA by fuckboys: 4:00pm On Jun 26 |
bassdow:but their primary functions remain the same, store energy for later use. I must be stupid not to follow the obvious value for money. |
| Re: Solar Energy, A Complement To FTA by ClassicMan202(m): 4:14pm On Jun 26 |
fuckboys:The said 'value for money' is subjective, to some value means coming home to see a shiny white box with fancy things like WiFi, Bluetooth and all. While others don't mind just connecting the cells with balancer and BMS, even without a box. |
| Re: Solar Energy, A Complement To FTA by bassdow: 4:32pm On Jun 26 |
fuckboys:You very right. TecNo, inFinx, iTel phones would give similar experience as sonyXperia, iPhone 14pro, etc. Why spend more living in mansion when a 1-room bungalow exists. Same with transportation: at end of the day, you get moved from point A to B. To me, what matters more is knowing when you paying for the label (brand name) vs Quality + rest of Mind. |
| Re: Solar Energy, A Complement To FTA by Dabss(m): 6:08pm On Jun 26 |
bassdow:well the one I got has grade A cells, smart BMS with communication. Nothing you say about Deriy will justify 1M for a used 7.5kwh battery bank. At least to me.. 😅 |
