With all the vidoes posted online by kidnappers, bandits and twerrosrists, why is the court not sending DSS to investigate them?

Most folks here talk ignorantly. The video VdM posted was a classified video tendered in court. The judge ordered the video to be strictly confidential to protect the identity of the witness but VDM who was also in attendance in court decided to use it for content. The investigation is to reveal how exactly he got hold of the video because he is not a court official neither is he a party to the case.
