everyone forgets this one,
After baby is out, your uterus has to contract again to clamp down and deliver the placenta, and then keep contracting to stop bleeding. Those are called afterpains. They feel like strong period cramps, and they’re actually stronger with your 2nd, 3rd baby, because the uterus is a bit more stretchy.

Breastfeeding makes them spike, because suckling releases oxytocin, which is the same hormone that makes the uterus contract. So yes, that first breastfeed can hurt your belly. It’s a feature, not a bug — it’s shrinking your uterus back down.

Afterpains are normal uterine contractions that occur for a few days after childbirth as the uterus shrinks back to its pre-pregnancy size. While they help prevent excessive postpartum bleeding, they can feel like strong menstrual cramps and often intensify while breastfeeding due to oxytocin release.

Why They Happen Involution: This is the natural process of the uterus shrinking. It contracts tightly to close off blood vessels where the placenta was attached.Breastfeeding: Nursing or pumping releases oxytocin, which triggers these contractions, meaning you will often feel cramping immediately after or during a feeding session.

What to ExpectIntensity: First-time mothers may barely notice them, but they tend to become stronger and more painful with each subsequent pregnancy, as the uterus has to work harder to tone up.Duration: They are usually at their worst during the first 2-3 days postpartum and typically subside within a week.

How to Find Relief Heat: Apply a heating pad or a warm water bottle to your lower abdomen.Pain Medication: Over-the-counter medications like ibuprofen or acetaminophen are generally effective and safe while breastfeeding.

Empty Your Bladder: A full bladder can push the uterus out of position, increasing cramping. Try to use the restroom frequently.

Massage: Gentle massage of the lower abdomen can help ease the pain.Movement: Getting up and gently walking around as soon as you are cleared by your provider can help with cramping and digestion.

Women will find a way to cry about everything. A woman's body is designed to do all that safely.
If you are finding it difficult then you are a weak woman or you have a health problem.

Women in the past have been doing it without all the assistance available today.
So, do it and shut up.

How men suffer all their lives for women to have money and bs comfoetabl. How women fight over successful men. Ajayi exvwife and beauty queen are fighting over his estate, women who were not there when he was making his money. No big deal on why men make money
You are suffering because of woman?
Like you are not suffering because of yourself, you are not suffering for yourself to have a better life?
Don’t you think that’s foo. Lishness?
Them put gun for your head?
You don’t want good life too? Oh your good life is dependant on women? You are lost, then you don’t have purpose

The degree of pain differs with different women. I know many women who barely experience this even after several children. Meanwhile there are many others who experience it even to the extreme.

Its just like period cramps.

Some have it hot while some have it cool. Some even have it in the pot three days old (err what am I sayinghuh)

Kudos to all mamas who are responsible....

Child birth is no doubt one of the greatest natural pains any human could witness!

And one of the greatest happiness is also to hold your baby alive with the mum!

The same way men are designed to put food on the table. Why then cry about hardship?
Re: The “Afterpain” Everyone Forgets After Child Birth by CaptainJune: 9:17am On Jun 25
While recovering from the pain of childbirth some men still want sexual gratification from their wives. They don't care whether she is in the mood for it or not. They love themselves more than they love their wives. All they want is their satisfaction. The best a woman can do for herself to mitigate most of the challenges she will face in her marriage is to marry the right person, or marry someone who loves her more than himself.
