No,they will qualify if they beat Iraq.
It is not all the groups that will produce the best losers.
Most of the best losers will equally come from the 3 Pointers too especially those with better goal aggregate.Now, Senegal has -4 goals and so they need to score many goals against Iraq to stand a chance of qualifying.
