Check the educational standard in China as a case study, they are more focused in science, technology and innovations, their leaders pushed in more and more money into that sector, as such an average Chinese citizen is always thinking of what new thing to invent in China. What are our parents doing? Will the government help you to raise your kids after starting the school loans? The problem of Africa is mainly entitled youths and irresponsible parenting before government's recklessness! And if I were to ask you to tell me your LG/LCDA chairman, house of rep member, senator in charge of the place you live and how accountable you hold your state government you'll start stammering!

I would like you to understand that the government takes all the blame. In a saner climes, the government makes education a compulsory by providing everything necessary to make you not look away from it.

I am just happy that someone is "finally" speaking about this, it's now becoming a plague.
