We are recruiting to fill the following positions below:

1.) Accounts Officer

Location: Ozubulu, Anambra

Job Title: Accounts Officer

Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

The role requires strong analytical ability, and the capacity to work under pressure while meeting deadlines.
We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Accounts Officer to join our team.
The ideal candidate must possess a solid understanding of accounting principles, be capable of maintaining accurate financial records, reconciling stock and customer ledger balances, and supporting financial reporting processes.

Key Responsibilities

Demonstrate a good understanding of Accounting Principles.
Meet all financial reporting deadlines.
Reconciliation of stock and customers' ledger balances.

Requirements

Prior experience in a manufacturing company is highly preferred.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Proficiency in MS Excel and other accounting software.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
B.Sc./HND in Accounting or any related discipline.
High level of integrity and professionalism.

2.) Internal Audit Officer

Location: Ozubulu, Anambra

Deadline: 4th July, 2026.

Description

We are seeking a highly ethical, detail-oriented and proactive Internal Audit Officer to strengthen our internal control systems and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
The successful candidate will support cost-effective utilization of resources, continuous improvement of operational systems, and achievement of the company’s strategic objectives.
The role requires a high level of integrity, objectivity, confidentiality, fairness, thoroughness, and professional judgment.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee periodic stock-taking exercises in line with approved guidelines and company policies.
Supervise all outgoing consignments of goods and supplies from the warehouse and stores.
Review and authenticate procurement and supply requests to ensure reasonable pricing and quality standards.
Conduct post-audit reviews to confirm procurements comply with approved specifications.
Review vendors’ payment requests for accuracy and compliance.
Review accounting ledger balances to ensure correctness of financial records and entries.
Carry out investigations as may be required.
Perform internal audit and related duties as assigned by the Head of Department or Management.

Requirements & Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related fields
Minimum of 3 years relevant experience in audit or accounting.
Strong analytical, reporting and problem-solving skills.
High level of integrity, attention to detail and confidentiality.
Good knowledge of accounting systems, internal controls and compliance standards.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software is an added advantage.

We are seeking a smart, courteous, and highly organized Front Desk Officer to join our team.
The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for visitors and clients, ensuring a professional and welcoming experience while providing administrative support to the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Receive and attend to visitors, clients, and guests professionally.
Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.
Maintain the reception area and ensure a welcoming environment.
Handle inquiries and direct them to the appropriate departments.
Manage incoming and outgoing documents, parcels, and mail.
Provide general administrative support as assigned.

Requirements

Minimum of OND in any relevant discipline.
Proven experience in a similar role is an added advantage.

4.) ICT Personnel

Location: Ozubulu, Anambra

The Role

We are seeking a skilled and motivated ICT Personnel to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining our IT systems, providing technical support, and ensuring smooth daily operations of all ICT infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

Knowledge of Batch Number Coding Machines
Time Recording Terminals: Responsible for the monitoring and management of the time and attendance system, including both the hardware and software interfaces of the clocking machines, to ensure accurate time capture for all staff and optimal system functionality. This role also involves analysing, calculating, and downloading staff clocking data for use in the monthly compilation and computation of attendance summaries.
Network Management: Installing, monitoring, and maintaining infrastructures (LANs, WANs) to ensure proper functionality, and daily controlling and monitoring of the remote access network server (Tally) to prevent network downtime.
Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, networks, and software.
Provide technical support and troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
Monitor system performance and ensure data security and backups.
Maintain internet connectivity, printers, and other office IT equipment.
Assist staff with ICT-related challenges and basic training when needed.
Keep accurate records of IT assets and maintenance activities.

Requirements

Minimum of [OND/HND/BSc] in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Proven experience in IT support or system administration is an advantage.
Good knowledge of networking, troubleshooting, and basic cybersecurity.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
High level of professionalism and integrity.

Remuneration

Not a good place to work. They don't issue appointment letter, its just come and start work.

I worked with them for good one month and they refused to pay.

Till now, I have not received any payment.

In this company, staff resign like water.

Guys beware!

GUYS, DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS COMPANY, TO AVOID STORIES THAT TOUCH THE HEART.

Another foolish thing about them are these:
1. No employment letter; no terms and conditions
2. You are not certain when salary would be paid.
3. When you enter the company in the morning, you cannot go out of the gate, except the general manager signs a paper for you
4. If you resign before they eventually pay, then you might need to forget the salary
5. Very poor salary, far below industry standard
