We are an indigenous non-profit and non-governmental organization with Head Office in Abuja and field offices in several locations across Nigeria. We are recruiting to fill the following positions below:

1.) PMTCT Officer - Short Term Hire

Deadline: 1st July, 2026

Qualifications & Experiences

Bachelor’s Degree in Medicine, Public Health or a related field; or a Master’s or equivalent in public health or related fields
2-3 years’ post NYSC experience in developing country health care programs or program support function
Knowledge of the policies, regulations, reporting formats, and cultures of principal donors, including USAID, CDC/PEPFAR, and others
Extensive clinical experience in care and treatment of HIV/AIDS patients
Demonstrated experience in non-profit sector in a program management role
Strong supervisory and management skills
Ability to lead teams and promote cross learning
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and make reasoned judgments in a timely fashion.
Committing to a course of action without undue delay or prevarication
Willingness to work under challenging environments and difficult terrains.

2.) Training Manual Development Consultant

Required Qualifications

The consultant should possess:

Advanced degree in Public Health, Education, Social Sciences, or related field.
At least 7 years of experience in training curriculum design and manual development
Demonstrated expertise in applying adult learning principles and designing competency-based curricula for diverse health and community audiences.
Experience developing training materials for public health or health systems programs.
Strong facilitation skills and experience conducting Training-of-Trainers workshops.
Experience working with multi-country projects or research consortia is an advantage.

3.) Pharmacy Support - Kogi & Lagos - 2 Openings

Qualifications and Experience

Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy or other relevant fields with prior experience in pharmaceutical services delivery and supply chain management
At least 3 years’ experience in related programming in developing countries.
Experience in Pharmaceutical service delivery, Logistics, and Supply Chain Management.
Proficiency in the use of electronic Logistic Management Information Systems e.g. NHLMIS
Proficiency in MS Access, SPSS, MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint, and other Office packages.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the demonstrable ability to develop written reports for decision-making.
Knowledge of the local language will be an asset.

6.) Front-end Web Developer (Tutor)

Location: Lagos

Deadline: 30th June, 2026.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in a related field (Computer Science, Software Engineering, or similar).
Strong coding skills and proficiency in programming languages, especially Python and JavaScript.
Prior teaching or tutoring experience in coding or related subjects is a plus.
Passion for empowering young females in technology and coding.
Effective communication skills and the ability to explain complex coding concepts in a clear and engaging manner.
Patience, adaptability, and the ability to connect with students from diverse backgrounds.
Strong organizational skills and a creative approach to coding education.
