INEC might not Respect the judgement.

Only a judgement from the Appeal Court can make INEC delist the ADC
I think it's the same court that gave the original order

Yea, the same High Court

Only the Appeal Court can tell INEC to delist the NDC

You didn’t read. Some people don tell you this before but you refused to listen..

Under Nigerian law, parties must secure at least 25 percent of the votes in a state during a presidential election or win at least one elective seat at the national, state, or local government level to maintain their registration. The court ruled that these parties performed poorly and failed to meet these benchmarks during the 2023 elections and subsequent by-elections.
Mr. Reader, NDC is a newly registered party and is yet to participate in any elections, on what basis was this ruling made?

Who is afraid of Peter Obi? Even with over 30 governors, NASS members etc, he is still afraid to contest.

They have come again, judgement from the same court of equal jurisdiction can't stand. Wike's lap dog hurriedly posted without reasoning.

You have Google on your phone.
You that have google so a court is ordering the deregistration of a seriously contending political party because of ordinary "logo"?

Did the so called peace movement copywrite the Logo?

Even if they did, what the court should have ordered NDC is to cease and desist from further use of such logo or pay for copywrite infringement?
Besides it's only an appeal court can order the nullifying of a political party not a court of coordinate jurisdiction.
To think it was even posted by Lere Olayinka speaks volumes?
This shows Peter Obi won 2023 elections because you guys have seen that Nigerians are ready to fight against rigging, which is you peoples only strategy.

You people should continue supporting nonsense. Southwest won't be in power forever.

You've never been a smart person. This particular law does not apply to a newly registered party like that NDC that hasn't participated in the national general elections.

This only confirms one thing: this government knows it will fail in the next election. This is the tactic of a ruling party afraid to face the opposition in an open contest.

It's a FEDERAL HIGH COURT.
It's judgement from a state high court INEC may decide not to respect.
It is now up to NDC to head to the appeal court
