😅.

I take solace in the fact that the Nigerians I know and have dealt with all around the corners of the country in the last three decades, will wake up one day and find their breaking point.

Aba women's riot, the civil war and endsars2020 proved this beyond doubts.

And the day that happens, I sha pity politicians, the nigerian police officers, the judiciary, pastors and imams.

Them no go believe wetin nigerians go take their eyes see!

The NDC should appeal the judgement.
They will try to do so but they will still loss out.
It's just too obvious.
One of the reasons why I say Peter is not fit to run as president.
No reasonable politician will jump into a party that got registered via court order.
It means another court order can deregister the appeal

They judges have lost every atom of respect, history will remember this government for having ridiculed the judiciary through judgement for money system...little wonder,it was Wike special aide that carried the news. We all know who has the notoriety of buying up our judges either through cash or house gifts.
It is such a pity,we fallen to the lowest ebb as a nation.
We have allowed shameless dogs from the pit of hell to ascend to the position of governance in Nigeria and we are undoubtedly paying the price!

How can a court nullify another same-level court judgment??
Pure nonsense
A court judgement and a court order are two different things bro.

This explains the silence from the APC since Obi left the coalition. We advised Obi to stay put in the coalition that the stakes are too high and that Tinubu is hell-bent on having no viable opposition in 2027 but he chose to leave for what was obviously a trap. With Obi remaining in the coalition, Tinubu would have been too afraid to destroy a united coalition as it will invariably mean that he has declared himself a dictator.

Meanwhile, Tinubu should keep testing the patience of Nigerians with his undemocratic moves against opposition parties. The patience Nigerians are exercising is only being sustained with the hope that they can make their votes count in 2027.

When we said Tinubu has no pathway and will lose the 2027 election, we didn't envisage that he will decide to destroy all opposition parties out of fear. He can't lose if he is the only candidate on the ballot, can he? The state of democracy under a NADECO activist.

Too much of ewedu has finished you, courts of concurrent jurisdiction are not supposed to entertain same matter, also whoever filed that suit should have locus standi, only INEC has power to have appealed the judgement of the Federal High Court Abuja registering NDC.

You didn’t read. Some people don tell you this before but you refused to listen..

Under Nigerian law, parties must secure at least 25 percent of the votes in a state during a presidential election or win at least one elective seat at the national, state, or local government level to maintain their registration. The court ruled that these parties performed poorly and failed to meet these benchmarks during the 2023 elections and subsequent by-elections.

This was visible to the blind and audible to the deaf. Peter Obi displayed unprecedented level of naivety in deciding to join the NDC. How can a man who expended so much resources in destroying the PDP and attempting to do the same to the ADC suddenly have a convenient option in the NDC, allowed to exist out of thin air without any rancour?

He can't do that if it was final and entered in the records. Otherwise it indicates bribery - why would he suddenly change his mind??

But NDC is a new party sir. I think this is the first election that it will be contesting

Nooooo! That's too risky.

Even though everyone knows the party has a case before they moved there but still emotion will fly high.

The supreme court would settle the matter and allow NDC partake in the election.

We don't want a coronation in 2027, we want a contest.
A proper contest, even if it's like the Ekiti election.
Nooo. Tinubu should disqualify the NDC and the ADC and declare himself re-elected. We warned you all that the signs of a Paul Biya in the making are visible but tribal sentiments are stronger. Tinubu is setting a very dangerous precedence that has never been seen in any democracy but he should continue.

Have you been a Judge before…how do you know what he can and cannot do when new facts are brought to his attention after the first ruling? Are you even a Lawyer to understand the workings of Court processes? Obi & Kwankwaso should learn not to rush to occupy an empty house….when you don’t even know who built it! cool cool

See below. There's something in law called Stare Decisis - that's what law is all about. That's why you see lawyers quoting past cases

NDC did not win any electoral position in the last election. Therefore the judgement is in order .Peter Obi should have not left labour
