If you claim that any party that doesn't meet the criteria you listed stand deregister by INEC since you said it's the law
Then INEC would have deregister AAC long ago
Meanwhile ADC , NDC have members in the NASS
What we are witnessing is a ruling party afraid of going into election with strong opposition parties

A court of same coordinate jurisdiction can't give judgment on same matter that has been adjudicated by same coordinate court

A state high court can't nullify judgment of FHC.
They should go and appeal the judgment of FHC

Sadly window of appeal has gone

They are only making futile efforts to cause chaos and subject INEC to ridicule should it recognize the judgment of Kogi state high court

At the end of the day, I don’t see elections happening in 2027. The masses won’t let this slide without strong resistance, and it could spiral into a massive revolution like the Arab Spring years ago.

This explains the silence from the APC since Obi left the coalition. We advised Obi to stay put in the coalition that the stakes are too high and that Tinubu is hell-bent on having no viable opposition in 2027 but he chose to leave for what was obviously a trap. With Obi remaining in the coalition, Tinubu would have been too afraid to destroy a united coalition as it will invariably mean that he has declared himself a dictator.

Meanwhile, Tinubu should keep testing the patience of Nigerians with his undemocratic moves against opposition parties. The patience Nigerians are exercising is only being sustained with the hope that they can make their votes count in 2027.

The only person overheating the polity are the ones hell-bent on running unopposed by basterdizing our hard-fought democracy. By your warped logic, the PDP, LP, NNPP, ADC, SDP and now NDC all have flaws that has resulted into them being unable to field candidates against Tinubu and these flaws emanated barely 3 years after Tinubu became president. The court ruled that these parties performed poorly and failed to meet these benchmarks during the 2023 elections and subsequent by-elections.
