When I drive around Abuja, I notice the city is no longer the same. From beger to area 1 to area 10 to wuse, the city seems to be half awake. The hustle and bustle of the pass is no longer there, there are more taxi cabs and private cars doing taxis than passengers. This reform is still not having any impact on the economy or the masses. All the talk and speeches and stats will not improve the economy if fuel is expensive and security is non existent.
