While on appeal, INEC reserves the right to remove the NDC particulars from its website as the new judgement aligns with its stand that NDC never met requirements for registration. It was the court that arm twisted INEC to accept NDC but that same court has now corrected itself. So unless the NDC can get a stay of execution at the appeal court, INEC should quickly delist that hopeless party from its setup.
yesterday accord & adc today ndc Nigeria no get shame tomorrow appeal court will call the judgment cangaroo judgement and trash it in bin

Tunibu and his goons knew the have woefully failed the Nigerian ppl and want to continue in power by all means necessary. They weighted the inevitable consensequences that APC will come third if election is held today or anytime. Ppl of Nigeria are bigger than Tunibu and his cohots. We are voting him out with help of Almighty God.

You sound unintelligent
That's normal for APC/Tinubu’s supporters. Ask Bwala. Even special adviser to Tinubu said so.

Unless Tinubu will end up using court orders to declare himself re-elected, he has no pathway to re-election via the ballots. All I see is fear and carwardice.

This is on a side note, but if Tinubu losses this election, watch how Yoruba nation agitation would resume again.

Obi and his supporters are clowns. They have more than 3 years to prepare for the 2027 election yet they bungled it. But in a typical manner, rather than doing a honest self assessment, they will be looking for whom to blame for their incompetence.

But Tinubu still remains one term president.

Do the right thing and you will not have fears. NDC has been in court before Obi joined them. The court initially gave them favourable judgement and they rejoiced. If they receive unfavorable judgement now they should take it in good faith.

Lesson to Obi: no free lunch anywhere.

At the end of the day, I don’t see elections happening in 2027. The masses won’t let this slide without strong resistance, and it could spiral into a massive revolution like the Arab Spring years ago.

If a Revolution Does Not Begin With These corrupt And Evil judges, The others Will Not Learn.

Until Decisive Action is Taken Against The First 10 of These Corrupt judges, The Rest Will Continue to Disregard The Law of The Land.

No Formal Appeal Was Required. Justice Isah Dashen of The Federal High Court in Lokoja Casually Set Aside His Own Ruling As if He Personally Owns Nigeria

Very typical.. Never owing up to their mistakes. Whose fault is it that Obi could not find a suitable party over 3 years to support his useless ambition?

Tinibu will definitely go down in nigeria's history as the most fearful nigerian politician who is very scared of any kind of fair contest. I have never seen any politician like tinibu before who want to be a sole candidate at all cost in a presidential election this only happens in a banana republic.

Leave looking for someone to blame. NDC has been going through registration issues for a long time. Many people didn't know. Somehow Dickson got a favourable judgement from this court and his associates celebrated. If the same court now turns around to say that they were wrong, why accuse any person. Follow the court process to either win or lose.

This is serious.
This is interesting.
Let's see how it goes.
This is childish and I don't think Tinubu knows anything about it.

If it's Tinubu, INEC would have challenged the registration order at Appeal Court. Tinubu legal team are wiser than going to court of coordinate jurisdiction whose judgement wouldn't stand.

It can't be Tinubu. NDC should look inward and I know that the truth will surely be known soonest

Are you saying that Dickson NDC got the judgement for registration at Fed High Court Lokoja?
