The small and medium scale businesses is akara business?

Please read up what a small and medium scale businesses means.

80% of Nigerian businesses doesn't qualify as small scale.
Stop looking down on small businesses because my late mum was once an akara seller and she and my late dad trained all seven of their kids to university level.

I am not like you who look down on small businesses because that was what was used to see me and my siblings through education.

Your mother didn't operate a small business. She operated a micro business.

You Nigerians have a weird definition for a lot of things.

If I ask you now,

1. The number of people your mum employed. You will start throwing tantrums.

2. Her annual turnover. You will start blackmailing me.

Oya carry basin and groundnut oil come to the roadside so that you can start frying akara, since what she said makes sense to you.
You are not supposed to be throwing tantrums like ordinary members. Why can't you people just respect yourself.

Eish

So, when you fry Akara, the only location it can be done is roadside?

Wow!
This is the size of a man's imagination.

Nigeria actually has a problem.
yes Nigeria has a problem.. Fry àkàrà and sell it where? Do you know cost of shops around? How much in your imagination do you think akara seller will make to rent a "government compliance" standard shop where she can pay taxes... There are road side fast food almost everywhere in major cities and countries. But here in Nigeria they are subject to various forms of issues.. Am not a fan of dis orderliness.. In China there is night market which the informal sector dwell in and it's not even taxed.. Same as south Korea.. My point is the woman should get a PR team fast.. Her intention might be good but why say that?

Chai this is terrible, why do these people think that others don't deserve what they enjoy, why wouldn't she allow one of her daughters to start frying akara and kulikuli.
O God judge the wicked.

I will even go see far as saying, food business is anything you call it.

One can make bread and Akara with different type of bread, put some garnish on it, have different types of akara that you have on display in a clean environment.

Package it well and see it fly.

If there are no shops what exactly do you want?

Government to rent shops for you?

Then hire staff for you, Abu?

Then pay staff for you?

What does that have to do with anything?

There are many outlets situated on glittering high streets that folded up whilst the so-called micro business survived generations.

This is the same around the world.

The problem is that many of you don't believe e in small acorns. You want the oak tree.

You don't believe one can start from a small table to an outlet.

Na you sabi that one. Micro businesses, mini businesses, tiny businesses etc all are not to be looked down on

What I am telling you is to not look down on akara seller because it is a legitimate business. Akara seller children have grown up to be great and responsible members of the society.

Among my late parents children is a professor, masters degree holders with two already US citizens. I myself currently live in Oxford London.

You are a very emotional person and you have made up your mind to hate which is why you will never see anything good in Tinubu adminstration.

To fry Beans cake on a mid scale u will need ₦100,000 then how many people can afford Akara and Bread as snacks like before.

To snack Akara and bread you will part away ₦1,500..

What happens to opening access CBN, NNPC, KPMG ,, National Mints , security prints, and Top Federal Government agencies are people not resigning there? Who are the people replacing them.

It really shows how much we care about every one in this country? Which parent will be happy to hear her wards end up frying Akara business.

So painful

Micro business should be looked down on the way subsistence agriculture should be looked down on.

It is a waste of time and resources. It's a dream killer.
