What led to him having a brain surgery? Did he have a brain disease that needed operating on or was the surgery done deliberately to remove his brain? I feel the message and picture wasn't telling the whole story, this was him, 3 days after his release, the before and after, was after he underwent surgery that requires part of his brain to removed, which was done in Palestinian hospital not isreali hospital nor by isrealis.
At first I thought that was how he looked after his release, I did a search and discovered the image was after his operation at the hospital, but people are attributing the shape of his head and loss of weight to his stay at the isreali prison.
