You are judging football by fifa ranking. You lack sense. Belgium has been top of that useless ranking for some years has Belgium ever win any spoon before? Best team is by records and not one useless rating. Is just like HDI, UNDP or OECD saying the livelihood of Nigeria is improving better than last 10years. The question is, is it?
