AMI3:if that business name has been submitted by someone else but rejected, it means that person owns the business name. Unless that person writes to CAC that he/she has waved rights to it's ownership. Something like this almost happened during the creation of APC. APC was lucky because they were the first to submit their logo |

CodeTemplar:What this has shown is that Obi is not a competent leader! He's so daft and unintelligent! A competent leader will do due diligence before jumping on a ship! Someone like Obi will sign Nigeria away if he's the president. The case of PID is still fresh in our memory. Someone like Obi will do worst. |

franchasofficia: you repeating this stale rhetoric and illusion that obi won an election which he was a third place bronze medalist won’t stick you keep going on every thread trying to paint an imagination in your head and go to town with it as fact is just nothing but a joke ![]() He was rejected at the polls by majority of Nigerians losing majority of the vote from the north and Sw except Lagos, which this two regions have the highest number of registered voters combined with the vote of SE and parts of SS which he had his highest number of votes come 2027, he will only win his 5 plot region and you will still come here again to cry continue deceiving yourself and creating your own happiness of SM ![]()

casualobserver:Oga forget all those many talks and face realities on ground. This is the handiwork of Nyesom Wike the Fct minister, he is working closely with Tinubu updating him back to back on how to scatter various opposition parties they deamed as a challenge to them while using the Judiciary and Supreme court, Federal high court judges to achieve it seemingly. That's one of the reasons he was allocating lands in Abuja and building houses for them judges in Abuja. Cos he has the opportunity to do all that as the fct minister. I don't know why you guys are behaving and talking like you'al don't see what is playing out. Pretending not to understand. |

| Re: INEC Set To Delist NDC Following Court Ruling by Misterone: 1:27pm On Jun 27 |
Obi should've known that even if he wins the election, that court order would be challenged. If he can challenge Tinubu's qualifications, why can't others challenge a party that was registered by court order? |

FreeStuffsNG:We have a dumb opposition. What it takes to chase Tinubu out is easy. A million people March moving towards Aso Rock is all that is required. I swear, Tinubu will leave the country immediately. When that happens, the government is already toppled |

lightwind:The problem in ADC wasn’t there before Obi joined. The problem in NDC wasn’t there when Obi joined. It was when he joined these parties that Wike and Tinubu created these problems. Daft leaders attract daft supporters. |
