A special congratulations to South Africa and Ivory Coast, who have reached the FIFA World Cup knockout stage for the first time in their history.

Cape Verde also deserve massive praise. Despite being one of the smallest nations at the tournament, they qualified from a group containing Spain, Uruguay and Saudi Arabia.

Africa will have nine (9) representatives in the Round of 32, making this one of the continent's strongest World Cup performances ever.

Tunisia qualified without losing or conceding a goal yet they are the only team from Africa that didn't make R32

Only Tunisia fall ground. Among all African countries they are the one that qualified the most. I am very disappointed with them.

Cape Verde finished 2nd in their group while the others finished 3rd. Even if you have 2 points and finish second, you will automatically make it to the next round over someone who finished 3rd in his group with 3 points.

Messi's legs are unbreakable. He played against Pepe and Sergio Ramos for years back to back and nothing happened to them. Is it now that we have efulefus as defenders his legs will get damaged?

Ogbeni! Cape Verde qualifying has nothing to do with head to head. The came 2nd in their group and therefore qualified automatically. Cheers!!!!
