Yes and the teams occupying the 1st to 7th position all have 4 points but Congo is 1st cos they have a +1 Goal difference. Algeria is 6th (despite having same 4 points as Congo) cos they have a goal difference of - 2

If u check all those with 3 points, Senegal has the highest goal difference (+2) that's why they occupy the 8th qualifying position

That is the order in which it was to be decided. 3 draws > 1 win is not one of the criteria and I have never heard of it in all my years watching football.
