Africa has 9 teams? We can make it to the finale I'm confident.
Only Tunisia crashed out. I'm impressed.

Because of their plus 2. Iran with similar points but break even in goals is out. Cape Verde with similar points and break even went thru? Why... Cape Verde didn't lose any match, so better advantage in their individual group stages.
Cape Verde were runners up in their group behind Spain Uruguay really fumbled. They crashed out with 2 points

Iran didn't lose any match too. They played straight draws in their group. But other results couldn't help them. Austria draw against Algeria helped crashed Iran out. What saved cape Verde was they came second in their group despite playing three draws like Iran. Cruel

Too bad FIFA cheated Iran, I wished they qualify so that they will play US.
Mk we hear words abeg. Other results didn't favour them, and their goal against Egypt which would hv helped was ruled out for offside by var. The same three points they had helped Senegal and cape Verde
But they were not Lucky because Austria drew against Algeria

Four African teams to play draw
1 team will win
Four teams to loss

Excuse you. Why the "special congratulations" to that xenophobia state? Are you a Nigerian? Why celebrate them? Can't you just celebrate Ivory Coast alone? Please, stop celebrating or recognising their achievements. You make them important.
Who are you to tell some other person who not to celebrate..

I love the cape Verde team so much but then again placing them to play Argentina completely put my heart in a difficult position to choose .

I wish capo Verde the very best, beautiful maiden outing so far from them .

SOUTH AFRICA WILL CRASH OUT and A SHAME for allowing them to get to this stage.
I think this match might go extra time or even penalties. I wish both teams the best of luck.

It's you that you should be ashamed

I think it was because cape verde was 2nd in their group. With their 3 points, they were still able to take 2nd position, so they didn't need the best loser spot.

Argentina or France, these are the best teams in this tournament and they are very united.
Portugal has players but when cross enter the opponent box, you will see midfielders dragging the space with striker. Lolzzzz Crotia will finish them in round of 16.

Cape Verde qualify to the next round with zero wins and 3 points! Massive congrats to them for qualifying out of the group stage in their first ever world cup. From a group has teams like almighty Spain and Uruguay o.

Iran has pushed Algeria out of contention of best 3rd placed teams with their draw to Egypt. More teams with 3 points will get pushed out after the last group stage matches, not looking good for South Korea. All the best Senegal🤞🏽
Thank God Nigeria didn't qualified. Am sure super eagles with one feather will never survive that Dr congo group.

Remember the Spain cape vade, Portugal DR Congo, England Ghana also. It’s the nock out stage, any team can take it if they are well organized. I know Colombia is the favorite but Ghana could spring a surprise

PORTUGAL HAS BEEN UNUSUALLY POOR IN THIS WORLD CUP BUT IF THEY PUT THEMSELVES IN ORDER, THEY CAN REACHED SEMI-FINALS WHERE THEY WILL MEET FRANCE AND ANYTHING CAN HAPPENED.

SPAIN IS NOT DOING WELL, SO PORTUGAL STAND A CHANCE OF WINNING SPAIN.

FIFA, AND THE ENTIRE WORLD HAS FAILED IRANIAN TEAM, THIS TEAM HAS BEEN UNLAWFULLY WRONGED AND MISTREATED BY ORGANIZERS, OFFICIALS AND OFFICIATING, MIXING POLITICS WITH SPORT.
FIFA OWE IRAN AN UNRESERVED APOLOGY, WHAT HAPPENED TO IRAN SHOULD NEVER BE DONE OR REPEATED ON ANY OTHER TEAM EVER AGAIN.

THIS IS THE WORST WORLD CUP OF ALL TIME. NEXT TIME, THE CHOICE OF THE HOST COUNTRY SHOULD BE CAREFULLY SCREENED. WORLD CUP AS THE NAME IMPLIES IS FOR THE WORLD AND NOT FOR EUROPE/AMERICA ALONE.

from C. Ronaldo fan boy...... Siuuuuuuuuuuu
