If it's 2023 then you're still out of point.
Tinubu's family are ruling while obi was just doing campaign. In both aspect APC is still a fraud in this case.
1. If it was when obi was Governor dat he gifted 10k then that money was more valuable.
2. If it's truly in 2023 dat he gifted them, then nothing spoilt. It's only a campaign assistance but Tinubu's family is ruling, so anything they do should not only be to gift but to make sure it changes people whom they're governing life.

How can anyone in his right senses compare a gift pitobi gave to women in a village to a grant given by someone in government? It's downright silly.
