Military Vehicles Seen On SA Streets Ahead Of June 30 Protests (Videos) by RandDigital(op): 10:17pm On Jun 29
Heavy private security vehicles were filmed patrolling the Johannesburg CBD on 28 June 2026, days before the planned national shutdown against illegal immigration.

A Facebook post captioned “Russia” went viral, with South Africans divided over the show of force on city streets.

Follow-up footage pointed to a possible crackdown on businesses employing undocumented workers, though this had not been confirmed at the time of publication.

"Private o"
Not State security cheesy
What a country.
Hope those security personnel are foreigners? If not, how were they willing to Sabotage the efforts of their fellow country people?
Foreigners should be wary of these "private security personnel". No one should be trusted in a country that wield gun like mallam wey dey sell kuli-kuli.

Nigerians own xenophobia is worse than that of South Africa. The only difference is that South Africans can deal with their own perceived threat but in nigeria the perceived threat is really stronger than their valiants.

Dont be deceived, the SA military is out to enforce the operation "Send Them Back" more. All South Africans are same, from their government officials, to security personnel, their civil servants, traders, street urchins, students even down to their housewives. Xenophobia and violence run in all their blood.

Even Zuma with a veracious appetite for fat women and filthy lucre is not as bad.

Truth is, his majority black citizens are not too sad with his position and body language on this.

Bro, god bless U. I have been saying the same thing since. We don supposed do Niger must go becus most of them are creating insecurity for us. Most of these Fulanis are coming from there. That we are cowards who can accept anything does not mean others countries should do same.
Re: Military Vehicles Seen On SA Streets Ahead Of June 30 Protests (Videos) by Goo0dHardDick: 6:55am On Jun 30
You'll hardly see SA military on the road or in the news. That's how it ought to be.

Here in Nigeria, military has taken over the jobs of police strolling around and parading in the streets like jobless people. If someone offends you, you can even call a military personnel to come over and beat that person. Nigeria military is. Nothing to write home about. The last time I traveled to Dubai and Russia i hardly saw their military in the streets.

That's how it works in sane societies. Travel to Dubai, USA and other develop countries, you'll hardly see their military let alone in this type of trucks.

They only show up for serious situations like this. In America, military won't even show up. It is SWAT that'll show up! Military are for wars! In Nigeria military are begging for food inside markets
