Why are they posting this on June 30 ,a day the South Africans are busy sending out foreigners from their country .
I'm sure this is a plot for distract Nigerians from retaliating the xenophobic attack going on in their country .

I have an insider. They don't pay well except people who got there with connections. And whatever you accept from the beginning is likely what you will have permanently. Maybe like 30 to 40k increment in 15 years.

Honestly, this is not a good mentality to have as a job seeker or any sort of title.

This is why I am not fazed by the so-called xenophobic slurs thrown at South Africa. Working conditions at SA-managed firms surpasses our companies. The belief that it is Nigerian owned does not mean the working conditions are better. The same holds for even Indian, Chinese and Lebanese. Look at the employer, not where the employer comes from. There are Chinese companies that pay well, and there are others that don't and have horrible working conditions.

Right from my recruitment days, Glo has never been a good place to work. There is one other company like Glo in the oil and gas industry where the salaries and promotion schemes get as e be, plus blatant favouritism and discrimination. Expectedly, this mismanagement exhibit itself in stock prices, sales and growth of the company.

MTN has always been a better place to work than Glo.
