The Nigeria Democratic Congress (NDC) says Peter Obi’s name has been uploaded to the INEC portal as the party moves forward with the nomination of its presidential candidate for the next general election. The announcement was made on Monday by the party’s National Leader, who said the upload followed the restoration of the party’s access to the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) nomination portal despite an ongoing legal dispute over the party’s status. However, as of the time of filing this report, INEC has not publicly confirmed that Peter Obi’s name has been uploaded to the INEC portal, making the announcement solely the party’s position. According to the NDC, the party has already filed an appeal against a recent court judgment and submitted an application for a stay of execution, both of which have been served on the INEC Chairman and the electoral commission. This was how we warned el rufai but he thought he is untouchable by the time we are ready for obi una go weep for him. PMP took NDC to court over logo theft cus PMP were the original owner of the logo NDC used and PMP were the first to registered the logo with INEC before NDC stold it which is against electoral constitution and the judgement was delivered rightly. If your useless obi cracked INEC portal after court order that is a criminal offense and will be charge for it and likely get lock up cus that is espionage, contempt of court and fraud offense Go and read the CTC of the court order your brain will open. This is a game plan between INEC and the Presidency to douse tension so the NDC will be disqualified at the nick of time,NDC should write to them to stop the uploading of the party's candidates until everything is resolved.And the party leader Sen. Jayhome24:Is PMP a registered political party or known to the Law? Did they patent the Logo in contention? Even if they did ( assuming not conceeding) the only options the court has is to order NDC to cease and desist from the continuos usage or they use for copy right infringement. |
