Nobody can change it unless the apex court (supreme court).
Anything made by humans can be changed, you said it yourself, even the position of the supreme court can be changed if n ew laws come to pass.

The orange clown can never stop this.

Trump grand father was from Germany, he was an immigrant too, infact white Americans are mainly from Europe, they took over America from the indigenous people and kicked them out, leaving them in misery.
Very hypocritical, just imagine something you benefited from, you want to block it...

Because they are a country of immigrants and that was the only way to unite all of them: Brits, Irish, Scots, Chinese, Europeans, African freed slaves. These are the first immigrants who mer the Native Indians there.

Removing this means a President can say someone is in American for political reasons and therefore his/her children won't be citizens even if they were born there.

Removing this changes the Constitution and another President may decide to amend the Constitution (freedom of speech, freedom to arm yourself against an unreasonable govt etc) as he/she feels like.
every country in north and South America are a country of immigrants. Do they all have birth right citizenship?

Possible in kangaroo Countries like Nigeria but not in US. Most of these judges have to do their constitutional duties fearlessly.

I remember telling you a couple of years ago that the word "Judge" is not the same as the name "George" and you insulted me. Years later you are still making the same mistake.

That is a country where democracy works unlike Nigeria where the judiciary is controlled by the executive.

Smh.
May inferiority complex not ruin you. If US has a working institution, that case would never have made it to their Supreme Court and a convict like Trump will not be President but you are clearly ignorant.

All this baalablu comment just to absolve a corrupt and incompetent leader of blame and responsibility because of tribe
You must see tribe in everything since that's how you were born, raised, and brwashd from birth.

You people have been brwashd from birth with religious and tribal bigotry. Your Obi is the face of that bigotry.

You are the ignorant person here.
How much of Montesquie division of powers do you know?
A power drunk executive took a decision and the judiciary quashed it and you are here typing gibberish.
I know you have running battles with Obidients on this platform, I'm not thier fan either. But that's a country with strong institutions not what we have down here

. How could he be considered power drunk if what he did was attempt to use the system to rectify a problem that was before him? huh Or do we not know the proper use of that term? undecided

That's all, USA Birthright Citizenship) Has come to stay.
Not necessarily! The next step is to get an amendment through Congress. undecided
Re: US Supreme Court Upholds Birthright Citizenship by Kobojunkie: 12:31am On Jul 01
givedemwotowoto:
➜Trump overreached there. Unless Congress passes a law to limit citizenship, it’s a constitutional right that must be respected.
➜ All they have to do is end the tourist births and stop the cross-border illegal migration and the problem is minimized.
➜ I don't think he'll stop though, he'll try to find a new angle to start a fresh legal tussle.
1. Nonsense! He used the system as it was meant to be used. Now that he knows there are no laws to enable what he hopes to achieve, the next step is to see if an amendment can be gotten through Congress on the issue. This is how the system has always worked for at least the last 200 years. undecided

2. End tourist births? Easier said than done. The executive order signed on his first time was the first attempt made at ending the tourist birth situation. undecided

3. He shouldn't! undecided

2 judges has some very troubling remarks including good old "Clarence Thomas" who are leaving room for congress to amend the constitution to address the issue.

➜ Most countries in the world dont have birthright citizenship. Why should the USA have it?
It shouldn't, and it is time it ended it, if it is to survive. Even dual citizenship needs to be properly eliminated. undecided

➜ He cant, supreme Court has the final say, unless someone coming after him will bring it up again, probably with a stronger argument.
Wrong! The job of the Supreme Court is to interpret the Constitution. The job of Congress, however, is to make laws and change/amend existing ones. The next stop is Congress. undecided
