When you are looking for civil/public service job - why is it that they don't publish your certificate to the public. They only go to verify the certificate from the institution that issued it to you. To ascertain it authenticity and if truly you are once their students.

Politics aside, let try to get a copy of the Nigeria constitution and study it for our own use.
