1. A room in a 2 bedroom flat at Ikeja GRA for 1.5m per annum per person

2. A room in a 3 bedroom flat at Magodo Phase 1, Lagos. RENT is 500k per annum.
I need to mention that a dude owns this apartment and is letting out 2 of the three rooms to any gender. The dude is abroad and comes home once in while, so he is retaining the last room for himself.
