Folarin Balogun was sent off for a foul on a Bosnian player after scoring the opener . The problem now is that he was sent off for the same exact foul that Messi commited against Algeria... Messi is presently on 6 goal , of which if he was correctly sent off , his next game would have been in the round of 16 , if they qualified .. This is the favorism for Messi by FIFA that real football fans have been complaining about over the years .

Do you agree that Messi is being favoured and has been the most favoured football player in history of the game ... from the Barcelona days especially in 2011 against Chelsea and the number of penalties he got at the Qatar 2922 world cup ...

If he rightly got the red card , he will be on zero goal and would not have broken miroslav Klose record. Mbappe would have been the right person to have broken the record
That is no brainer. If all these years was a lie, that Quatar was vivid. The guy has been favored since time immemorial but I don't blame him. That is what God blessed him with. Ronaldo worked hard to get to where he is, Messi is favored to where he is... it is that simple. I like him though.

Ronaldo fan wont remember 2013 daylight robbery of Ribery by Penaldo.

At least Messi won something in 2010. La liga & Copa Del rey.

.. what about Ronaldo red car he got during the last match of his world cup qualification match.. which the suspension was reduced by FIFA inorder for Ronaldo to play his first two matches in the world cup group stage
Re: Fans Fume As Balogun Is Sent Off For Same Foul Messi Commited by Perewenkle1: 2:09pm On Jul 02
That “red card” was wrong. Red card means unsportsmanlike behavior, intentional fouls to hurt the other player. In this case, Balagon does not know where his foot was, it was contact at a moment, I’m sure the other player was shocked to see he was given a red card.

FIFA officials are becoming controversial in their judgments, eroding trust in their judgment, same with penalty calls made against Senegal, though Senegal messed up, you can not be leading an European team by two goals almost to the end of the game and not play complete defense, two African teams that scored first against these European powerhouses, England and Belgium did not do that.
Re: Fans Fume As Balogun Is Sent Off For Same Foul Messi Commited by AngelSlay: 2:12pm On Jul 02
I think it's a stretch to conclude that FIFA is deliberately favoring Messi based on one or two incidents.

Refereeing inconsistencies have affected virtually every top player and team over the years. We've seen controversial decisions involving Messi, Cristiano Ronaldo, Neymar, Mbappé, and countless others. That's why football remains one of the most debated sports.

If the challenge on Balogun deserved a red card, then the same standard should apply to Messi—or any other player. The issue is consistency in officiating, not necessarily favoritism toward one individual.

Also, records are built over years of performances, not a single match. Saying Messi wouldn't have broken a record assumes everything else would have played out exactly the same, and football simply doesn't work that way.

Fans should demand fair and consistent officiating for everyone. But accusations of favoritism should be backed by clear, objective evidence rather than isolated incidents that can have different interpretations under the Laws of the Game.

Don't even be comparing CR7 and Messi. The big 3 are Pele, Maradona, and Messi. But after carefully watching all three it became obvious to me that Messi is the greatest. And I don't even like Messi or Argentina but I have to be honest!

If CR7 like, make e score a billion goals, a billion goals from CR7 is as useless as the K in knife.

Which mumu fans

Just say penaldo fans fumes because they are jealous of Messi.

We have had more than 10 people in this WC do exactly or worse than what Messi did (which was without force) and were not penalized.

But because it's Messi, the dogz will bark.

Penaldo shouldnt have played the first two WC matches, Messi fans did not cry.

Call Messi goat or whatever. That challenge was a red card by Messi. There is no mistake when you have fouled an opponent.

How can it be same foul?.....if you guys need and excuse to cry as usual then you can go ahead and start the usual routine.

We all saw how FIFA helped their boy pendu by cancelling the match bans he was supposed to get after a red card because that would mean he would miss one or more matches heading into the world and you guys said nothing.
grin grin grin
If you speak truth you will not die. You can criticise Ronald's own as you did and uphold Messi challenge as a red card. You people must learn honesty and truth in criticism.

Generally, life is like that.

Life usually favor those that are already successful while it punishes those that are failing and those that are struggling because they are always scared that they will fail, always worried about money, always angry and feeling down, so the force of attraction will draw those negativities to them to help maintain those negative energy in them.

It's all about the law of attraction, the law of physics.

The forces of nature that control this earth are easily drawn to the energy anything or human emits.

If you emit happiness always, good things will be attracted and magneted towards you to keep you happy.

If you give off sadness, sadness will be drawn towards you to help you continue being sad.

That is why if you want to be rich and successful in life, just be positive in your thinking, in your doings, in whatever you do. Don't ever harbor fear of failing, don't ever imagine yourself being poor....always imagine yourself being happy and financially fulfilled, always celebrate successful people, tell their story with joy and excitement, go closer to them whenever you can, if you see people living luxury life don't hate, instead desire it with all your heart and believe me with time you will become successful too.

Do this little test to confirm this. If you see a very beautiful girl far, admire her wholeheartedly, cherish her and imagine being with her, then start staring at her from that distance, the forces of attraction will force that girl to look towards you with curiosity that there is something drawing her close, and you will see that you guys eyes will catch. This happens a lot, it's not mistake, it's not coincidence, it's law of attraction, you attract whatever you desire without diversion of interest. You attract whatever you think and desire most of the time.

This is the law of natural attraction and that force controls the world.

WHY should a person be sent off for something totally unintentional? Do you have any sense of fairness or justice in your life at all sir?

Then that rule is STUPID if true. Must have been made by miserable people who have no sense of fairness in their lives whatsoever. Even when a life is lost in a car accident the driver is not charged if it was purely just an accident!

But at least this proves the refs are are not blowing for the host, US

And whose own was Ronaldo given in 2013?. Because I remember FIFA had to extend voting deadline which never happened before, only thing Ronaldo did that year was score hat trick in playoff to take Portugal to World Cup.

They just want one white player to be greatest n surpass black Pele as the best ever....

I won't be surprised if Argentina or Portugal wins this world cup...

Just like when your teacher is marking your examination papers
One make mark you right for one mistake you make and one may mark you wrong
Then the sport should be scrapped if its laws are open to divergent interpretations. Laws are made to be enforced equally regardless of who is interpreting them. Your silly take is akin to saying that laws shouldn’t be expected to be interpreted uniformly since Judges are different and they interpret laws differently.
