Whoever is advising this government should keep it up. Keep tearing the national fabric that unites us okay. First you change the national anthem to your mandate, now you change what was a symbol of service. For a unifying institution like NYSC, policymakers would likely consider whether using a culturally specific textile aligns with the Scheme's goal of projecting a neutral, inclusive national identity. Let the khaki stay, if you want, you can choose the colour, but let the khaki be. We don't have to change anything so we can benefit financially when there's nothing wrong with the status quo, simply because it is our turn. The truth is nothing lasts forever. It will soon be other people's turn and only God knows who the dealers of the materials will come up with. Don't promote your ethnic group when national interest is involved.
