Yep! We have a large population, but a very low percentage of high quality human resource. Around 80% or more lack the moral, emotional, diplomatic and good attitudes and behaviours that make a population productive. Extremely few will honestly and conscientiously do their jobs without being closely watched. Even those with several academic degrees. People do things just anyhow, devoid of discipline or commitment. Don't even mention customer service.

People need to have fewer children, train them better in terms of civic upbringing and the government should quickly improve the economy.

Some people work with you and develop sense of entitlement, when they cannot have their way, you are label a wicked person and become their enemy.

Advice

1. Please don't discuss money issues such as children school fees sum, project cost, price of new assets in presences of domestic staff.
2. If you leave in a big house don't joke with you security (CCTV, Cooperate guards, dogs etc) and back ground check on domestic staff iis very important too
3. when you cannot afford their salaries again due to economic challenges, discuss with them and let the go.
4. as some angry domestic staff and evil, na 5 and 6 oh as he has all your data

Each time I visit Naija, I usually go under the Radar completely. I lie to everyone about Departure date including my aged parents...because out of joy they can spill it out and such can't be retrieved.
